Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Assistant to join our team in Central Leeds. As a key member of our financial services division, you will provide critical administrative support to our Financial Planning Consultants. Your duties will involve preparing documents, conducting research, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Providing administrative support to Financial Planning Consultants
• Preparing documentation for client meetings
• Conducting research to support proposed advice
• Compiling suitability letters
• Processing new business
• Maintaining compliance records
• Responding to client inquiries

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, commensurate with their experience. You will also enjoy ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career prospects.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as 2+ years of experience in a similar Financial Planning or IFA Administrative role. Proficiency in record-keeping and administrative tasks is also essential.
