We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant - Corporate Team to join our esteemed firm in Leeds, UK. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support, facilitate effective collaboration, and ensure seamless operations.

Sellick Partnership Limited - Private Practice is a prestigious, nationally recognised Legal 500-ranked firm, known for their commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. Our Corporate team is at the forefront of providing top-tier legal services, and we are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support their dynamic team in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Corporate team with administrative tasks, including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners, promoting excellent customer service and fostering a positive reputation.
- Leverage expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and accessible work environment by embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Legal Secretary or equivalent role in a Corporate team, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and time-management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Confidence in handling sensitive information discreetly and maintaining confidentiality.
