Perinatal Mental Health Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings and events, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Provide high-quality administrative support, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
- GCSE level of education or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Business Administration NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection principles.
