Position Overview

School Home Support is seeking an experienced Family Support Worker to join our team at Varna Community Primary School in Manchester. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering family support services and improving educational outcomes.

The role involves working closely with families and school staff to identify and address barriers to learning. You will be responsible for delivering a programme of casework to promote and improve educational outcomes for the children we support.

We offer a competitive salary range of £19,733 – £22,274 per annum, plus benefits including pension scheme, Perkbox membership, employee assistance programme, and life assurance.
