As a School Health Lead at ISBA Enterprises Limited, you will play a vital role in promoting the health, safety, and wellbeing of pupils. You will be responsible for leading risk assessments, coordinating individual support plans, and working collaboratively with the School Pastoral Team to ensure the care of both pupils and staff.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate others. As part of the Safeguarding team, the School Health Lead will act as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, providing critical support to ensure the protection of all individuals within the school community.
