As a qualified Social Worker, you will be working with Shropshire Council, Children's Adoption Team. This is a temporary 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake assessments of prospective adopters, family finding, and matching with children in need of adoption.
  • Matching of children and adoption placement support.
  • Liaise with other professionals.

Requirements:
  • DipSW or equivalent qualification.
  • Registered with the HCPC.
  • Current DBS clearance.
  • A valid car driver's license.

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum.
