Job Title: Child and Family Specialist

Location: North West of England

We are seeking a skilled Child and Family Specialist to join our team at Networker Global Limited. As a Child and Family Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload and conducting thorough assessments in line with legislation, policies, and procedures.

The Role:

  • Manage a diverse and allocated caseload.
  • Conduct thorough assessments in line with legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify and provide appropriate support and interventions for children, young people, and families.
  • Work collaboratively with partners to deliver services and support tailored to individual needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, following administrative and financial procedures.
  • Participate in regular supervision and engage in continuous professional development and training.
  • Ensure the voices of children and young people are central to the assessment and planning process.

What You'll Need:

  • Social work qualification with professional registration.
  • A strong understanding of child development and family support frameworks.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and professionals.
  • Ability to assess and respond to individual needs, coordinating and providing services as required.
