Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor all clinical tasks, relating to capacity and flow, raised to Hospital 24 via NerveCentre and highlight any delays to appropriate clinical staff, advising on the instigation of local escalations.
  2. Show initiative in finding innovative solutions to problems, identifying bottlenecks and potential threats to Hospital 24 service delivery and Trust-wide flow and communicate to the senior team.
  3. Coordinate patient flow by identifying patients who are medically safe or home today with outstanding tasks and allocate these to the relevant Hospital 24 workforce.
