- Monitor all clinical tasks, relating to capacity and flow, raised to Hospital 24 via NerveCentre and highlight any delays to appropriate clinical staff, advising on the instigation of local escalations.
- Show initiative in finding innovative solutions to problems, identifying bottlenecks and potential threats to Hospital 24 service delivery and Trust-wide flow and communicate to the senior team.
- Coordinate patient flow by identifying patients who are medically safe or home today with outstanding tasks and allocate these to the relevant Hospital 24 workforce.
