Job Title: Mental Health Nurse Nights

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at a male Mental Health hospital for men aged 18+ based in Dorking.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our patients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to patients with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver care and treatment plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care pathways and policies
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and therapeutic environment
Requirements
  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN)
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 6 months of mental health experience as a nurse, in the UK
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
