HR Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Coordinator to support our client, a specialist in the education sector, in their HR, recruitment, and employee wellbeing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior leaders with staffing issues and ensure safer recruitment practices.
  • Collaborate with the central HR team on employment matters such as absence management, grievances, and performance.
  • Lead on staff wellbeing strategy, providing pastoral support and helping to meet key wellbeing objectives.
  • Generate clear and concise reports using IT systems to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Experience in HR administration, recruitment, and pastoral support.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to offer advice on employment terms, policies, and conditions.
  • A discreet, professional approach to handling sensitive situations.

This is a part-time position with 25 hours and the full-time equivalent salary being up to £33,000pa.
