Job Title: HR Administrator

MWH Treatment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their Central HR Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and reporting directly to the Senior HR Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all personnel files are up-to-date and compliant with best practice.
  • Respond to telephone and email queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform general HR administration tasks, including the processing of employee bonuses and references.
  • Update absence and leave records, ensuring all relevant certifications are received.
  • Support the probation review process and maintain data on the HR database.
  • Liaise with the Health and Safety team to schedule site medicals.
  • Maintain close links with payroll to ensure timely completion of monthly payroll deadlines.
  • Undertake other duties as required, while maintaining a professional image of the department and MWH Treatment.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
