About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Advisor to join our team at Novuna. As a key member of our compliance team, you will provide expert advice on regulatory requirements and ensure that our business units are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide innovative solutions to complex regulatory challenges
  • Horizon scan to ensure the business stays ahead of regulatory and market changes
  • Review policies and procedures on regulatory projects and provide regulatory advice
  • Create suitable controls and rulebooks for products and services
Requirements

We are looking for a pragmatic and commercially minded individual with a proven track record in a compliance role. You will have a good understanding of FCA regulations and frameworks, as well as relevant legislation, rules, and guidance.

  • Highly skilled at providing advice on relevant legislation, rules, and guidance
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the drive to collaborate to deliver solutions
  • Ability to think operationally and strategically to make sound commercial business decisions
  • Good understanding of legislation and regulations, ideally with an understanding of how these relate to credit and leasing finance products
