Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory team, you'll provide expert advice to our Vehicle Solutions and Business Finance divisions on complex regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to develop innovative solutions to complex regulatory challenges
  • Stay ahead of regulatory and market changes, ensuring our business remains compliant
  • Review policies and procedures on regulatory projects and provide regulatory advice
  • Create suitable controls and rulebooks for products and services, ensuring thorough documentation

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a compliance environment with a strong understanding of FCA regulations and frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate and deliver solutions
  • Ability to think operationally and strategically to make sound commercial business decisions
  • Good understanding of legislation and regulations, ideally with experience in credit and leasing finance products
