Our client, a highly reputable Insurance Brokerage, is seeking a Commercial New Business Account Executive to join their expanding team in Worcestershire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategy to win new business and expand existing relationships with commercial clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure seamless delivery of new business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial new business role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Cert CII qualification or willingness to work towards it.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently within a structured process and meet deadlines.
- Relevant technical insurance knowledge and industry IT systems.
