Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and encourage critical thinking.
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour.
Requirements:
- A degree/qualification in Hospitality/PSHE, Education, or a related field is essential.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the English language curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Experience in teaching English at the secondary level is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and record keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on educational best practices.
