Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Optometrist to join our team in Oxford. In this role, you will provide high-quality eye health services and work closely with our clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Practice Manager, Optical Teams, and Clinical Governance Optometrists to create a culture that prioritizes excellent customer and patient care.

  • You will use your expertise to deliver patient care and work with colleagues to create a positive customer journey.
  • You will contribute to the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
  • You will build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and healthcare professionals in the local community.
Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality eye health services to patients.
  • To work closely with clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • To contribute to the creation of a culture that prioritizes excellent customer and patient care.
What You Need
  • Fully qualified / soon to be GOC registered Optometrist.
  • Additional registration with the relevant NHS body.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
