About the Role

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pre-Operations Engineer to join our Programme and Project Partners (PPP) team at Sellafield.

As a Lead Pre-Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for directing a team in the delivery of work and ensuring activities are delivered in line with the established Start Up, Commissioning and Pre-Operations processes.

You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating regularly with other teams in your project as well as external vendors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inputting to the training requirements for future facility end users
  • Enabling successful project handover
  • Reviewing and reporting on work progress
  • Taking corrective actions where necessary

Requirements

  • HNC or equivalent Level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Experience of leading and/or supervising a team in a technical/engineering environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good leadership skills
