As a Lead Pre-Operations Engineer, you will play a vital role in the delivery of our projects. You will direct a team in the delivery of work and ensure activities are delivered in line with established processes. This will include inputting to training requirements for future facility end users, enabling successful project handover, and reviewing and reporting on work progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • HNC or equivalent Level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Experience of leading and/or supervising a team in a technical/engineering environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good leadership skills
