About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at BakerHicks. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering sustainable and integrated design solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Civil Engineer who possesses:

  • A relevant degree and Chartered status with CIHT, ICE, or IHE
  • Extensive experience with Autodesk Civil 3D, Microdrainage, and AutoCAD
  • A thorough understanding of earthworks design, below ground foul and surface water drainage design, pavement design, external works, and 3D underground services coordination
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
