About the Role

BakerHicks is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil and Architectural Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and expertise on civil, structural, and architectural engineering aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support civil, structural, and architectural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on civil, structural, and architectural engineering aspects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective engineering solutions.
  • Conduct assessments and audits to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and review engineering designs, specifications, and documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in CS&A engineering.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture, or related field.
  • Experience in CS&A engineering.
  • Professional engineering license (PE) preferred.
  • Experience in critical infrastructure projects is advantageous.
