Job Summary

We are seeking two experienced Clinical Psychologists or Family Therapists to join our small and expanding clinical team within Lambeth Children's Social Care. As a Clinical Psychologist or Family Therapist, you will work closely with our team to provide consultation, training, and direct interventions that help improve the experience and outcomes for children and families in receipt of social work support.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative team that is committed to a relational and therapeutic approach to social work practice. As a Clinical Psychologist or Family Therapist, you will be responsible for providing clinical assessment and evidence-based intervention with children, families, and households, as well as providing creative training and consultation sessions with colleagues and professional networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical assessment and evidence-based intervention with children, families, and households
  • Develop and deliver training and consultation sessions with colleagues and professional networks
  • Work closely with the Senior Clinical Psychologist to shape and grow the team's offer
  • Contribute to the development of the team's relational and therapeutic approach to social work practice
