Nightingale Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead the strategic development of our Eating Disorders group therapy programme. As a key member of our Therapy Services team, you will be responsible for implementing new therapy modalities and modes of delivery, while managing a caseload of patients and providing clinical supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive Eating Disorders group therapy programme, including the design and delivery of new therapy modalities and modes of delivery.
- Manage a caseload of patients, including formulating, planning, and evaluating interventions.
- Liaise with other lead therapists to ensure effective collaboration and coordination across Therapy Services.
- Recruit and select highly skilled staff within the EDU therapies service, in collaboration with the Head of Therapies.
- Provide clinical supervision to team members, as well as managerial supervision and performance management.
- Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology.
- Clinical supervision skills to work with psychology assistants and/or therapists on placement.
- Relevant qualification in Counselling/Clinical Psychology.
- Experience working within an inpatient mental health setting as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrable experience supervising an allied therapy team.
- Skills and experience in conducting clinical assessments, including risk management.
- Prior experience within a private healthcare environment.
- Experience managing HR processes, including performance management.
- Full-time or part-time position available.
- Monday to Friday working hours.
- Weekend availability may be required.
- Cycle to work scheme.
- Free or subsidised travel.
- Referral programme.
- Sick pay.
