Job Title: Technical Program Manager - Security

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead the adoption campaign for a library that will be used by services to generate security events. This role requires strong program management background, experience leading medium to large projects, and a well-rounded technical background in current technologies.

About the Role

This is a cross-functional role that requires the ability to think big and collaborate with others. The right candidate will possess a strong program management background, have demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects, and have a well-rounded technical background in current technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and own the adoption campaign for the library
  • Work closely with teams across engineering and security
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make trade-offs
  • Balance business needs versus technical constraints
Requirements
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams
  • Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules
  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
  • Experience developing and executing product and technical roadmaps
