King's Shared Tech platform is the backbone of our game development process, and we're looking for a skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the security remediation program. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of this program, ensuring seamless alignment and timing with internal collaborators and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership: Take ownership of the end-to-end security remediation program, driving coordination and ensuring teams meet roadmap landmarks and delivery dates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with multiple collaborators, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Timeline Management: Drive coordination of the program schedule, maintaining detailed timelines and ensuring teams meet roadmap landmarks and delivery dates.
  • Dependency Tracking: Identify, track, and manage dependencies within the program, ensuring that interrelated tasks and components align smoothly.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and issues within the program and proactively address them to prevent disruptions.
  • Expectation Management: Define clear program objectives, communicate them to team members, and manage expectations to ensure transparency.
  • Problem-Solving: Address challenges as they arise and work with key collaborators to make critical decisions to keep the program on track.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and program artifacts. Provide regular updates to senior management and key partners on program progress, issues, and achievements.
