Cyber Security Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Security Operations Lead to join our team at LTIMindtree. As a key member of our Cyber Security program, you will play a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our electronic assets.
Key Responsibilities- Security Program Management: Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Threat and Vulnerability Management: Manage the threat and vulnerability program to ensure timely remediation of vulnerabilities in line with policy and compliance requirements.
- Incident Response: Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches, and operationalize technical incident response efforts as an integral part of the Security Incident Response Team.
- Team Leadership: Provide people leadership, mentoring, and training to direct reports, including security analysts and engineers.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate and promote security requirements to a range of stakeholders, including technical teams, project managers, and key stakeholders.
- Experience: 5+ years of information security or cyber security experience, with a strong background in security operations, threat and vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Skills: Strong cloud experience, ideally with MS Azure, and experience with implementation of security tools such as EDR, NDR, SIEM, and Data Leakage.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Education: Degree is preferable, and Microsoft certifications are a plus.
