Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor, prioritize, and manage helpdesk tickets using our ticketing system.
- Assist in the maintenance, installation, and configuration of hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Support and maintain IT security protocols and policies defined to protect company data and systems.
- Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Configuration, deployment, and support of network devices, such as routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
- Knowledge of network protocols and security measures.
- TCP/IP network troubleshooting.
We are looking for a passionate IT specialist who brings a set of valuable technical skills and is excited about learning new technologies. You should be an individual who can work independently with minimal supervision, be self-motivated, and genuinely enjoy supporting end-users and troubleshooting as an active part of your role.
