About the Role

FARA is a pioneering charity that tackles poverty and transforms lives in Romania. We provide a sense of family to vulnerable children and young people, giving them a chance to thrive.

We are seeking an innovative and personable Fundraising & Individual Giving Manager to lead our new individual giving fundraising activities programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with donors and secure funding for our vital work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individual giving fundraising strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders
  • Manage and report on fundraising activities and income
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve fundraising targets

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in individual giving fundraising
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
