Track Asset Management Specialist

As a Track Asset Management Specialist with HS2 Ltd, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of track asset management strategies and plans, standardising cradle-to-grave asset management plans to ensure they are technically fit for purpose.
You will lead the management and application of appropriate engineering maintenance regimes in accordance with company policies, standards, and specifications, determining, developing, and establishing technical and non-technical competencies needed to inspect, maintain, renew, and enhance Hs2 Open Route and Station infrastructures. You will also specify and lead the development of infrastructure maintenance technical standards, specifications, and work instructions, as well as promote and embed Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in all your work.
The estimated salary for this role is £45000-£55000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a flexible benefits fund of 20%, which is paid on top of your base salary and is fully pensionable.
