Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Asset Optimisation Specialist.

Role Overview

As a key member of our Industrial and Manufacturing Team, you will be responsible for delivering asset optimisation and net zero carbon solutions for our global clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business value and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of projects and assignments, providing technical and professional advice to clients on asset optimisation and net zero carbon solutions.
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to drive business value and sustainability for our clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Assist in the development of our Building Surveying services and capability, responding to market opportunities and selling our services to existing clients.
Requirements
  • MRICS qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach and can-do attitude.
  • Detailed knowledge of traditional and modern building construction technology and techniques.
  • Experience in design and specification, contract administration, property refurbishment and maintenance.
  • A broad thinker and problem solver who can take a commercial view of property and asset management.
  • Commercially aware and financially astute.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between £60,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
