Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living skills, including personal care and household tasks.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
- Administer medication and complete cleaning and household tasks as required.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed in line with CQC and company guidelines.
- A driving licence with access to your own vehicle for work is essential.
- The ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively, and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential.
- Experience with Mental Health, Autism, and substance misuse is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
