Business Development Opportunity

The company is seeking a seasoned business development executive to drive growth and expand its customer base.

This role involves building relationships with new clients, understanding their needs, and developing proposals to address these needs.

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients is also crucial for this position.

Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services.

Create sales forecasts and actively work towards reaching them.

Pipeline and account management using sales CRM is essential for this role.

Reporting to the Sales and Estimating manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum based on experience plus performance-based bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with new clients and develop proposals to meet their needs.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Create sales forecasts.
  • Pipeline and account management.
  • Report to the Sales and Estimating manager.

Requirements:

  • Ability to sell ideas, products, and services.
  • Excellent time management skills and multitasking ability.
  • Strategic and creative mind.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions.
  • Solid IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications.
  • Ability to motivate themselves and others.

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 17:00, Friday, 08.00 - 16.00

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Flexible – Home or Office.
