About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Core Tech Recruitment.

In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with new clients, maintaining existing ones, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be required to create sales forecasts and actively work towards reaching them.

Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to address these needs.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services.
  • Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
  • Pipeline & Account Management using sales CRM.
  • Reporting to the Sales & Estimating manager.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of driving new sales growth and expanding existing customer bases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales CRM software.

Additional Information:

Hours of work: Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 17:00, Friday, 08.00 - 16.00

Job Type: Full-time

Job Location: Flexible – Home or Office.
