Job Opportunity: Supporting Young People in Education

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic performing arts/drama graduate to support children in their education and development. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working with young people in the classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivery of learning activities for students
  • Tracking student progress
  • Collaborating with colleagues and parents to foster a positive learning experience for children
  • Ensuring compliance with school policies and health and safety regulations
  • Working alongside colleagues to provide additional educational support in the classroom

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education (minimum 2:2)
  • Ability to work as a member of a team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about supporting children with various abilities in a positive education environment
  • Can demonstrate problem-solving skills when facing challenging situations
  • Must have, or be willing to, undergo an enhanced DBS check
  • Committed to ensuring the safeguarding of young people
