Primary School Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistant to support students' learning and development in a dynamic classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with diverse needs.
  • Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support student progress.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Monitor and report on student behavior and progress to inform teaching strategies.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to enhance the educational experience.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
  • Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students.
