Job Title: Master Production Scheduler

As a Master Production Scheduler at Round Peg Solutions, you will be responsible for managing the weekly production schedule to balance demand and supply within available capacity. Your goal will be to set inventory targets and lead cross-functional activities to ensure the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate production activities beyond the current week time horizon and for the whole production horizon.
  • Create and maintain schedules to deliver in line with programmes' requirements while maintaining inventory targets and optimizing site capacity.
  • Schedule production for products and production lines understanding all the physical and manning constraints.
  • Attend daily meetings as required.
  • Ensure relevant KPIs are monitored and a PDCA approach is applied with an A3 in case of deviation to ensure targets are delivered in a sustainable way.

Requirements:
• Feasible and balanced production schedule against resource and demonstrated capacity.
• Includes all phase-in/out, localization and transfer plans as well as new programmes development/prototyping.
• Based on agreed working calendar and includes all planned downtime (Holiday, routine maintenance, Line closures, etc.).
• In line with Supplier agreements and other relevant contracts.
