Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. As an employee of Anglia Care Trust, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities.
Job Description
This position involves supporting individuals to reduce problematic alcohol and substance misuse, tackling associated issues such as rough sleeping and poor health. You will engage with partner agencies to achieve project outcomes and work intensively with service users to address underpinning issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree-level education in a relevant field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology)
- Proven experience in working with vulnerable populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
