Job Title: Occupational Health Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at the Russell Taylor Group. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

This critical position involves creating RAMS to ensure compliance with internal and external audits, as well as promoting a safety-first culture through effective communication and leadership.

Main Tasks:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive training program to educate staff on health and safety protocols.
  2. Conduct regular inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe working environment.
  4. Provide toolbox talks to enhance staff understanding of health and safety procedures.

Essential Requirements:

  • Nebosh or equivalent qualifications are mandatory for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
  • Resilience, patience, and a driving licence are also essential for success in this position.
