Supporting Students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

The role of a Teaching Assistant is a rewarding and impactful position that offers a fantastic opportunity to support students with special educational needs (SEN) and assist teachers with their daily classroom activities.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the classroom by providing one-on-one or small group support to students, particularly those with SEN. Your tasks will include helping with classroom management, preparing learning resources, and assisting the class teacher to ensure that each child has the support they need to succeed academically and socially.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to working with students of all abilities
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with both students and staff
  • Commitment to supporting students with SEN and helping them reach their full potential
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well within a team

We offer a competitive salary based on experience: £75-£90 per day, as well as opportunities for further training and professional development.
