Job Title: Academic Support Professional
A caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant is required to provide 1:1 support for a student with learning difficulties within a mainstream classroom setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with special educational needs and be able to adapt learning materials to meet the student's individual learning plan.

About the Role:
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to ensure the student's social and emotional development is fostered in a positive learning environment. Key responsibilities include providing 1:1 support, adapting learning materials, and encouraging the student's social and emotional development. An estimated salary for this role is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum based on location and experience.

Requirements:
Experience working with students with special educational needs (essential), patience, empathy, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a commitment to promoting an inclusive learning environment are essential for this role. Qualifications are not required, but relevant experience is essential.
