About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Night Support Worker. As a key member of our residential team, you will provide emotional support to our young people and help with day-to-day activities such as getting washed, dressed, and out to school.

Our young people have autism, learning difficulties, social, emotional, and mental health needs, and we are looking for someone who can provide a supportive and understanding environment.

You will work as part of a team to create a safe and nurturing community-based living and learning environment for our young people. You will be responsible for helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
