Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Childrens Services Limited in Irvine. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the management of day-to-day operations within our services, ensuring the well-being and safety of our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services
  • Engage in and manage each child's plan, ensuring these plans are implemented and reviewed regularly
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our children
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
