Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Neurodevelopmental Practitioner to join our team in West Wales. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic assessments and interventions for adults and children with ADHD and Autism.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide diagnostic assessments and interventions for adults and children with ADHD and Autism.
  • To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, partners, and stakeholders to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • To maintain accurate records, data, and reports as required.
  • To stay up-to-date with national and local policies related to neuro-divergence.
  • To develop and deliver training packages to promote knowledge and understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions.

Requirements

  • Degree in professional specialism (Nursing/Allied Health Professional/Social Worker).
  • Registered member of Professional Body.
  • Post-registration qualification or demonstrates equivalent experience to post-graduate diploma level.
  • Experience of working with adults and/or children diagnosed with ADHD and/or Autism.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career progression, and a supportive work environment.
