This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse with experience in a Care Home setting, requiring regular travel and a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements.

As a Peripatetic Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester, you'll lead and support the clinical governance and quality of care for residents across multiple Care Homes.

You'll work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to identify areas for improvement and implement key actions to address any issues.

Key responsibilities include reviewing clinical governance databases, analysing KPIs, and developing strategies to ensure compliance with regulations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration, a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements, and experience working in a care home environment.

You'll also need to be a confident clinical mentor, able to share knowledge and build relationships with colleagues.
