Job Description: Special Education Needs Assistant
beBee Professionals in Rugby is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Needs Assistant to join our team. As a Special Education Needs Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
Your main responsibilities will include providing one-on-one or small group support during lessons, assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs), and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
