Employment Coach

You'll be working with a caseload of participants, guiding them through their employment journey, and acting as their trusted coach and mentor. Your role will involve building strong relationships, providing guidance, motivation, and support to help customers achieve sustainable employment.
In return for your dedication and expertise, we're offering a competitive salary range of £26,500 to £29,545 per annum (dependent on experience) along with these excellent benefits:
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off (with the opportunity to buy additional days)

Key Responsibilities- Excellent communication skills and a people-focused approach
- Organising and conducting job-search activities
- Identifying potential barriers to employment
- Ensuring all necessary employability tools are in place
- A good understanding of the local labour market in the specified geographical locations
- Basic knowledge of self-employment
- Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes
- Experience of working in a target-driven environment
- Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards
- Knowledge of the employability industry
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry
- Experience of working with people in the provision of 'information, advice & guidance'
- Full driving licence
Location: This is an office-based role, working in Birmingham
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.
