Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Employment Coach to join our team at Seetec Pluss. As an Employment Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals and overcome barriers to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants, providing guidance and support to help them achieve sustainable employment.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and aspirations.
  • Develop and implement personalized employment plans, setting realistic goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to help customers develop the skills and confidence needed to secure employment.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve contractual and quality standards.

  • A competitive salary range of £26,500 to £29,545 per annum, dependent on experience.
