About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare and education to children aged 4 months to 8 years.
Main Responsibilities
Assist the Management team in providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
Plan and execute educational activities for children, maintaining child-to-staff ratios and adhering to Ofsted and Trust procedures.
Provide positive interactions with children, promoting their language and learning opportunities.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers, sharing information about their child's day.
Requirements
Minimum NVQ level 2 in Childcare and Education.
Previous experience working with children under 5 years old.
Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
