About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at First Steps Nursery, a purpose-built NHS nursery for staff working for East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare and education to our children, aged 4 months to 8 years.
Main Responsibilities
Assist the Management team in providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for our children.
Plan and execute educational activities for the children, maintaining child-to-staff ratios and adhering to Ofsted and Trust procedures and policies.
Provide positive interactions with children, promoting their language and learning opportunities.
Communicate effectively with parents/carers, sharing information about their child's day.
