Heavy Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

Greenstone Electrical Services is seeking a skilled Fleet and Shop Manager to lead our maintenance team. The successful candidate will have experience in automotive repair or maintenance management and a proven track record of leadership and management.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, preparing maintenance schedules, and conducting repairs and maintenance for our fleet of vehicles and heavy equipment. You will also maintain database of maintenance and repair records and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for automotive repair, please submit your application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team
- Prepare maintenance schedules for motor vehicles and heavy equipment
- Conduct repairs and maintenance for company vehicles and equipment
- Maintain database of maintenance and repair records
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in automotive repair or maintenance management
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred but not required
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
