We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer to join our team within the Service Department at ABCA Systems Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance work across multiple systems, including Fire Alarm Systems, Security Systems, Access Control & Door Entry.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out preventative maintenance, testing, and inspection of Fire Alarm Systems, Emergency Lighting, and other associated systems.
  • Identifying and resolving faults on Fire Alarm Systems, including Galaxy/Menvier/Texacom systems, and Morley/Kentec/Advanced systems with Hyfire and Cooper.
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment, including lighting, emergency lighting, and emergency light inspections.
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards and in line with our Health and Safety policy.
  • Providing expert knowledge and support to our customers to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience as a Fire Alarm Service Engineer.
  • Experience with Fire Alarm Systems, including Galaxy/Menvier/Texacom systems, and Morley/Kentec/Advanced systems with Hyfire and Cooper.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
